2 Chronicles 22 Overview
Ahaziah becomes king but follows the counsel of his mother Athaliah and the house of Ahab. He joins Joram of Israel, visits him while wounded, and is caught in Jehu’s judgment against Ahab’s house. After Ahaziah’s death, Athaliah attempts to destroy the royal seed and seizes the throne. But Jehoshabeath, wife of Jehoiada the priest, hides the infant Joash in the temple for six years, preserving a surviving son of David’s line.

Keep this clear 3
