Sender
True Words Baptist Church is the sender identified in each TWBC SMS opt-in.
These terms govern informational text-message programs sent by True Words Baptist Church when a person gives separate, affirmative SMS consent for a specific messaging subject.
TWBC does not treat one text-message opt-in as permission for every future subject. Transportation, prayer/care, My TWBC account notifications, and other messaging programs may have separate consent because the subject matter is different.
True Words Baptist Church is the sender identified in each TWBC SMS opt-in.
Messages relate to the specific request or church notification described at opt-in.
SMS is voluntary. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
TWBC website forms that offer text-message updates display a separate SMS consent control. The checkbox is unchecked by default. The disclosure identifies True Words Baptist Church, explains the specific subject of the messages, and links to these SMS Terms and the TWBC Privacy Policy.
You may decline SMS consent and still complete the primary form, account registration, request, or other action. Required operational email/contact agreements are separate from SMS consent. Consent is obtained for TWBC and for the subject stated beside the checkbox; it is not transferred to another sender or automatically extended to unrelated TWBC programs.
Examples of TWBC informational SMS programs include transportation-request updates, prayer or church-care follow-up, My TWBC account notifications, and other church updates specifically described where the person opts in.
Transportation messages may include approval or decline, pickup details, return arrangements, reminders, or changes. Prayer/care messages may include follow-up related to the prayer request submitted. Account messages may include account-related notifications the user requested. A different subject requires a separate basis for consent.
Message frequency varies based on the selected program, the request, and church activity. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's terms and charges govern your service plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP to opt out of the text-message program. After an opt-out, TWBC may send one final confirmation that the opt-out was processed. Reply HELP for help or email info@truewordsbaptist.org. You may opt in again later through a new affirmative opt-in method.
By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to receive messages at that number. If your number changes or is reassigned, opt out from the old number and update TWBC with the new contact information.
TWBC does not sell, rent, share, or provide mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information on TWBC's behalf only when necessary to deliver the requested messaging service or operate the supporting systems.
See the TWBC Privacy Policy for more information about data collection, use, retention, security, and service providers.
TWBC may update these terms when messaging practices or industry requirements change. The current version will remain publicly available at this page. For questions that cannot be handled by replying HELP, email info@truewordsbaptist.org or use the Contact TWBC page.
