Exodus 31

Exodus 31 completes the mountain instructions by naming Bezalel and Aholiab as the chief craftsmen. Bezalel is filled with the Spirit of God in wisdom, understanding, knowledge, and craftsmanship to carry out the sanctuary work, with other wisehearted workers also equipped. The LORD then renews the Sabbath command as a sign between him and Israel and warns against profaning it. The chapter closes with God giving Moses two tables of testimony, written with the finger of God.
