Request a ride to TWBC.

Transportation is available on a limited, approval-only basis for local Louisville-area pickups. Our normal maximum ride time is about 15 minutes one way from the church. The closer the pickup location is to TWBC, the easier it is to serve.

Ride Eligibility

Closer to TWBC is better.

Our transportation team has to fit pickup locations into a practical route before and after church. A pickup that is only a few minutes away is easier to approve than one near the edge of the service area.

Transportation is intended for pickup locations reasonably close to the church at 1377 S 20th St.

15 minutes is the maximum, not a promise

Even a pickup within about 15 minutes may not be approved if the route, timing, seats, drivers, or rider needs do not fit.

Request as early as possible

Earlier requests give the team more time to check the route and make an arrangement. Same-day requests may not be possible.

What Happens Next

Your request is reviewed before a ride is promised.

The transportation team needs to make sure the route can actually be served safely and reliably.

We check the location.

We review the pickup address and whether it fits within the normal local route area.

We check seats and drivers.

Available vehicles, rider count, timing, and any special needs are considered.

We contact you.

If the request can be approved, TWBC will confirm the pickup details and return plan. If it cannot be arranged, we will let you know.

Transportation capacity is limited, but we want to make it easier for local people to attend church when a practical route is available.
