Jesus speaks with a Samaritan woman despite social and religious barriers. Follow the way their conversation moves from ordinary well water to the gift Jesus offers, then to the woman's past and the question of worship. Notice Jesus' direct identification of himself as the Messiah. Later, consider why the Samaritans believe and how the nobleman's faith responds to Jesus' word.
